Digital collaboration and automation makes financial, customer satisfaction and labor realities vastly superior
The Overview

Through its multiple locations, Franklin Street provides a full complement of commercial real estate service lines including Investment Sales, Management Services, Tenant and Landlord Representation, Capital and Insurance services.
The
Challenge
The “speed of business” is no more evident than in commercial real estate and the Office-Industrial space in particular. Business clients are regularly in need of office space and at the same time, property owners’ need to optimize utilization and financial return on their assets is key – and constantly changing. Office-Industrial agents must be readily available, provide quick turnaround and adjust to changes to make deals happen.
The
Solution
With the business challenges Franklin Street faced, phone calls and emails just weren’t cutting it anymore – their Office-Industrial agents needed a better solution. Franklin Street Office-Industrial agents, specialists and support staff now utilize Frankie to keep client projects and engagements moving forward, provide supporting documents and keep clients up to date on current happenings.
The
Results
Clients can now view key deal, project and market intelligence in real time via the Franklin Street Client Extranet; likewise, Franklin Street deal flow and execution stays strong with reduced committed time. The increased scale possibilities the Extranet brings to Franklin Street via digital collaboration and automation makes financial, customer satisfaction and labor realities vastly superior to a non-digital world.
