The “speed of business” is no more evident than in commercial real estate and the Office-Industrial space in particular. Business clients are regularly in need of office space and at the same time, property owners’ need to optimize utilization and financial return on their assets is key – and constantly changing. With the business challenges Franklin Street faced, phone calls and emails just weren’t cutting it anymore – their Office-Industrial agents needed a better solution. Clients can now view key deal, project and market intelligence in real time via the Franklin Street Client Extranet; likewise, Franklin Street deal flow and execution stays strong with reduced committed time. The increased scale possibilities the Extranet brings to Franklin Street via digital collaboration and automation makes financial, customer satisfaction and labor realities vastly superior to a non-digital world.
